How do I open the Return Form?
Our return form is compatible with most imaging programs such as MS Office Document Imaging, MSpaint, and Windows Picture & Fax Viewer. After downloading the file, Open up the document with your preferred imaging program and go to File --> Print. Should you still have problems, feel free to call us at 1(678)474-9116 for assistance.
When will my package arrive?
The arrival time of your package may vary depending on holidays, weekends, mail traffic, etc. Average USPS arrival times are listed below:
USPS First Class Insured - 3 to 9 business days
USPS Priority - 2 to 5 business days
USPS Express - 1 to 2 business days
Packages that are shipped via UPS will have tracking numbers that will give detailed information about arrival time.
I did not receive my package within the time span specified above. What should I do?
As explained above, your package could be delayed because of certain unexpected reasons. Usually, our waiting period before counting a package lost is 30 days. If you believe that an item you ordered is either missing or has not been shipped, please contact us at support@925express.com.
I think that my package has not been shipped, how do I know if it has?
After you order a product, you should get an invoice through email confirming your order. After you recieve an email confirmation, your package will be sent within 24-48 hours depending on weekends, amount of order, and holidays. If you do not recieve an invoice through the mail, please contact us at support@925express.com. Please include your exact name and address as listed on your billing preference (credit card, paypal, etc). We will reply to your email within 24 hours.
