To remove oil or lotion residue, a mild soap will suffice. Typically, simply washing your hands will be enough to keep your tungsten ring clean and grime free.

The only things to avoid are high temperature steam cleaners which might permanently discolor the finish is the steam is hot enough, but such cleaning is not necessary for tungsten rings to maintain their luster.
