Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days after receipt of merchandise. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US AND REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER. ANY PACKAGE SENT TO US WITHOUT A CLEARLY LEGIBLE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! 

Furthermore, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if such was provided. We are a wholesale business, and the only way we can stay in business and provide the lowest possible prices it to maintain these strict return policies.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In particular, any item that has been altered in any way. Examples of such would include a ring that has been engraved, or a bracelet or chain that has been cut to fit. We also do not accept returns on products that have been made unsanitary, or used in intimate ways.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Discount Coupons.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt/invoice. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
For example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Your credit card statement may not reflect the return until the your next statement, or possibly even the one after that.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional and sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same item, please first send us an email at support@925express.com to request an RMA number. Absolutely no returns of any type are accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number, please send your item to:

Unless we make a shipping error (for example, we send you earrings instead of a bracelet), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
